- Technical files (images, PDF, Office documents) and BAT proofs (image/PDF) attached per insertion, with proof validation status.
- Production templates per media to standardise the information requested.
- Overview page listing every insertion with its validation state, material due date and contacts.
- Read-only and write rights per step.
- Email notification on every production status change.
